Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Carter Renee Studio. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment to initiate a return or exchange. We accept returns and exchanges for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
